Medacs Healthcare is seeking a PIP Functional Assessor (Registered Paramedic) to join our team. This non-hands-on role focuses on clinical reasoning, assessment and report writing, with hybrid work combining home and assessment centres.

Starting salary is £42,000, increasing to £46,000 after 12 months of full accreditation and meeting site requirements. The role offers structured hours, training and ongoing clinical support to develop in a value-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year UK clinical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
• Experience in functional assessment or advisory roles.
• Ability to produce high-quality written clinical reports.

Aufgaben

• Conduct face-to-face and telephone PIP assessments in a professional and empathetic manner
• Analyse medical evidence and clinical information
• Produce accurate, detailed and evidence-based written reports
• Work to defined quality standards and clinical frameworks
• Engage positively with feedback and development opportunities
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues
• Attend the assessment centre as required
