Medacs Healthcare is seeking a Paramedic or NMC/HPC registered clinician to take on the role of Functional Assessor (PIP) in Sunderland. The position offers a permanent contract with both full-time and part-time opportunities and a starting salary of £42,000, with hybrid working and training support.

Qualifications

• Registered with NMC or HCPC with current status.
• At least 12 months post-registration clinical experience in the UK.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Complete functional assessments for PIP.
• Conduct assessments via telephone or in person.
• Review medical records and supporting evidence.
• Apply clinical reasoning within assessment criteria.
• Produce clear, accurate reports.
• Maintain quality standards and compliance.
• Engage with training, audit feedback and development.
• Attend an assessment centre when required.
