Job summary

LHH, a leading international professional services consultancy, is seeking a Paralegal to join its in-house legal team based in Tyne & Wear.

This role suits a law graduate or LPC/LLM/SQE candidate looking to develop commercial legal experience within a supportive, globally respected business.

You will assist with contract reviews, summaries, negotiations, and documentation, maintain legal databases, and support claims and debt recovery processes in a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• A Law degree, MLaw, or a non-law degree with GDL/CPE conversion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing commercial contracts and identifying legal, insurance and commercial risks
