My client is a leading commercial real estate developer who is looking to expand their legal team.

They are looking to appoint a Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team working across the whole European business.

Reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal team and contributing to the smooth operation of the legal function and wider business.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft and review a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, service and supplier contracts
• Company secretarial and governance work, with assistance from an external company secretary provider
• Legal document management
• Legal operations

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong academic background
• 1+ years' corporate or commercial experience as a Paralegal
• Proven experience in contract review and drafting
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to do the tedious, detail-oriented legal work that keeps the business running efficiently
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
• Language skills: a benefit but not essential
