A major international business in Greater London is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to support its busy Commercial Legal team. This role involves supporting commercial negotiations, maintaining contracting playbooks, and assisting with AI-enabled legal tools. Ideal candidates will have strong UK in-house experience with commercial contracts, excellent drafting and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. The position requires a legal qualification and offers a varied role in a major global organization.

The role includes:

• Supporting commercial negotiations and supplier/client matters
• Maintaining contracting playbooks and process documents
• Assisting with AI‑enabled legal tools
• General commercial support, research and legal ops tasks

Ideally you will have:

• Strong UK in‑house experience with commercial contracts
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workloads independently and work well under pressure
• Solid understanding of commercial contracting processes
• Proactive team player with strong attention to detail

A legal qualification (LPC/BPTC/SQE1/2) or conversion course is preferred. This role does not lead to a training contract or count as QWE.
