Job summary

Kier Group plc. in London is seeking a Paralegal to join the Property legal team. You will support asset management, sales and purchases, development-related agreements, due diligence, lettings, and construction documentation.

The role offers hybrid and flexible working and collaboration with Development, Finance, Marketing, and Asset Management teams to help shape a dynamic property environment. You will review and amend contracts and documents, conduct legal research, and assist with contract

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal in the property sector, either in-house or in private practice.
• Strong knowledge of property law, particularly in commercial and residential property developments.
• Commercially minded with ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Natural relationship builder who collaborates effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with legal tasks including reviewing and amending documents such as NDAs, contracts, deeds, and planning agreements.
• Undertaking legal research, reviewing Land Registry titles and advising on property documentation.
• Supporting contract approvals, execution and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers to support business objectives.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of legal processes and providing compliance support.
