Location: Manchester, City Centre
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid

A well-established UK law firm is looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join its growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal looking to develop their career within a busy and supportive litigation environment. The successful candidate will assist with a varied caseload of civil litigation matters and work closely with solicitors and senior fee earners.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the management of a varied civil litigation caseload.
• Reviewing and preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Conducting legal and factual research.
• Preparing case files, chronologies and supporting documentation.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, opposing parties and other third parties.
• Assisting with the progression of matters through the litigation process.
• Monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate case management records.
• Supporting solicitors with hearings, applications and other procedural matters where required.
• Providing clients with clear and professional updates.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures and deadlines.
