Responsibilities

  • Speaking with panel members by phone to arrange installation and service appointments.
  • Responding to incoming enquiries and accurately recording information in our systems.
  • Contacting panel members to help resolve technical issues with our equipment or follow up on participation requirements tasks.
  • Supporting technicians during visits by carrying out remote checks and testing activities.
  • Updating internal databases with information from technicians and panel members.
  • Working with colleagues to identify ways to support continuous improvement, and the overall panel member experience.
  • Supporting project activities and team initiatives as required.
  • Carrying out data validation checks to ensure information is accurate and complete.
  • Working with the wider team to meet service targets and project deadlines.
  • Thinking beyond individual tasks to understand how your work contributes to both the panel member experience and the success of the wider project.
