Job summary

Fifty5Blue in London (Westgate) is seeking a Procurement Director - Indirects to lead global indirect sourcing across HR, Travel, Professional Services, Legal and Finance. The role requires strategic oversight of a $140m third-party spend in a fast-moving, cross-border environment.

You will partner with the Exec Leadership to shape procurement strategy, manage supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and define a risk framework across global indirect suppliers, while working a hybrid schedule

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years Procurement/Category experience in a fast-moving global environment.
  • Indirect category management experience, market trends and pricing strategies – especially AI
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to deliver improved supplier cost performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of the fundamentals of purchasing, negotiation and contracting
  • Experience with Industry standard ERP systems.
  • Experience with global purchasing organisations and global suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Expert financial analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Expert in TPRM, supplier management and relationship building
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Exec Leadership team to develop and implement global procurement strategies across the key Indirect spend categories.
  • Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality products and services at the most competitive prices.
  • Cost Management: Deliver cost savings targets.
  • Risk Management: Define the risk framework for business-critical Indirect suppliers.
  • Procurement Operating Model: assist with the development of the Fifty5Blue Procurement operating model encompassing people, processes and technology.
