Havens Hospices in England is seeking an HRAS Clinician to support the rapid access service, delivering holistic assessment, care planning and coordination for patients with life-limiting conditions. The role focuses on independence, dignity and quality of life for patients and their carers.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, ensuring responsive care, excellent communication and adherence to high standards. Driving is required, and a supportive environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Registered professional in nursing, paramedic, or allied health roles.
• Experience in managing a nursing shift and teams.
• Palliative and end-of-life care experience.
• Ability to deliver holistic assessment and care planning.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
