Job summary

Havens Hospices is seeking a higher-level carer to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering holistic care to children, young people and adults with complex needs. You will work under supervision of Registered Nurses and Associate Practitioners, ensuring physical, emotional, social and spiritual support for patients and their families.

This role requires strong communication, resilience and IT skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Qualifications

• The following outlines the key skills, experience and qualifications we are looking for in the successful candidate; this is not an exhaustive list.
• GCSE Maths and English at minimum standard with Level 3 health & social care or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of ongoing short courses or competency-based work relevant to care delivery.
