Job summary

TLP in Andover is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead end-to-end pallet network operations. You will manage a small team, drive KPIs, and ensure customer obligations are met while maintaining a safe, compliant warehouse environment.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, and experience with WMS systems. Benefits include pension, health coverage, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pallet Network experience is essential for this Team Manager role.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing warehouse and logistics operations.
• In-depth knowledge of WMS, Health & Safety and HR management.
• H&S certification and working knowledge of transport legislation.
• Budget and cost management experience; strong Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and coach direct reports; recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff.
• Set clear objectives and provide regular feedback and PDPs.
• Deliver KPIs: warehouse productivity, loading/unloading, pick rates and stock counts.
• Develop SOPs for receiving, inventory management, dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure compliant health and safety practices and audits are met.
• Build relationships with customers and support growth initiatives.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and coordinate on-site communication boards.
• Support Operations Manager on budget, quality and service targets.
