Experience leading logistics teams and meeting KPI targets.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and SOPs.
Experience using WMS and SAP systems for inventory and orders.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of logistics assistants and supervise daily warehouse activities.
Drive KPI achievement and department operational goals.
Ensure adherence to safety and procedures in all processes.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor staff performance and participate in annual appraisals.
Train new logistics staff and handle ad-hoc projects.
Plan and coach the team to deliver expected outcomes.
Implement 5S, LEAN and other improvement initiatives.
Communicate changes to the team and maintain records.
Manage inventory using WMS and SAP systems.
Ensure timely and accurate billing with supporting documents.
Adhere to SOPs and work instructions.
Record KPIs, order management metrics and turnaround times.
Compile and review monthly KPI reports.
