Job summary

Knowles Logistics in Wimblington, near March, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced warehouse team on a shift-based regime. The role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on safety, accuracy, and productivity within the assigned area.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong leadership, and a good understanding of WMS systems. The position is full-time and permanent, with emphasis on adherence to SOPs and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver the shift plan and meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Allocate work, monitor progress and adjust resources to maintain workflow and service levels.
• Ensure SOPs and site rules are followed.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues.
• Ensure client SLA's are monitored and met.
• Shop floor visibility and onsite multi-user/third-party support.
• Provide handover information at end of shift and coordinate with support functions.
