Qualifications

• Current experience as a Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage both permanent and temporary staff to achieve optimum performance.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10 personnel including Pickers, Packers, and Forklift Drivers.
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, and Transport teams to fulfill orders.
• Ensure KPIs are achieved in line with specifications and time periods.
• Train and coach team members for skill development.
• Monitor progress and productivity regularly.
