Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Experience in domestic or similar painting and decorating work.
• Basic health and safety certifications; asbestos awareness is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating works in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Complete retouches and fillings after plastering.
• Apply first and second coats for a high-quality finish.
• Paint ceilings, walls and wooden boxing covering pipes and wiring.
• Protect furniture and fixtures in occupied properties at all times.
• Work efficiently to deliver at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day.
• Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment.

We are looking for experienced Decorators to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across Nottingham and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out painting and decorating works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Completing retouches and fillings following plastering works
• Applying first and second coats to achieve a high‑quality finish
• Painting ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing covering pipes and wiring
• Protecting furniture and surrounding areas at all times, as properties are fully furnished
• Working efficiently to complete at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment in occupied properties

Qualifications

• CSCS card
• Experience in domestic/similar work
• Basic H&S certifications (especially asbestos awareness)

• Right to work in the UK
• Own tools (110v or battery‑operated)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
