Build Recruitment Limited in London is seeking an experienced Painter (Damp & Mould Specialist) to join a leading contractor working on social housing properties in Lambeth. The role focuses on painting and treating damp and mould-affected areas.

You will carry out high-quality painting in occupied and void properties, apply anti-mould washes, and maintain a clean, safe site. A full UK driving licence, own tools, and CSCS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing.
• Knowledge of damp and mould treatment methods.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• CSCS card (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for experienced Painters to join a leading contractor working on social housing properties across Lambeth. This role involves general painting duties with a focus on treating and redecorating areas affected by damp and mould.

Job Details

• Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)

• Location: Lambeth and surrounding areas

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Type: Ongoing

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided
