Randstad CPE is recruiting a permanent Painter & Decorator (Damp & Mould Remedial) for Bracknell and surrounding Berkshire areas. The role offers a salary of £35,000 per year, with a company van and fuel card.

You will join a dedicated residential housing maintenance team delivering remedial works across social housing and domestic properties. NVQ in Painting & Decorating and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent time-served).
• Experience in domestic housing maintenance, disrepair, or damp/mould treatment.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out surface preparation, stain-blocking, and anti-mould wash treatments in domestic properties.
• Executing full redecoration works after damp and mould remediation, including plaster repair prep, priming, brushing and rolling to high standards.
• Interacting professionally with residents to provide clean, efficient and respectful service on site.
• Managing daily job orders and travel efficiently across the Bracknell locality.

About the Role:

Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator looking for job security, competitive pay, and a company van? We are currently recruiting for a permanent

Damp & Mould Decorator to join a dedicated residential housing maintenance team delivering key remedial works across social housing and domestic properties in Bracknell and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out surface preparation, stain-blocking, and anti-mould wash treatments across domestic properties.

Requirements:

Proven experience in domestic housing maintenance, disrepair, or damp/mould treatment.

Full UK Driving Licence (essential for company van insurance).

Strong customer service skills and high attention to detail.
