Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Painter and Decorator in North West London to perform painting, decorating, and plastering tasks. The role requires identifying underlying issues and reporting them, while ensuring minimal tenant disruption and maintaining detailed job records.

Starting ASAP with an ongoing contract; standard hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday. A company van and fuel card are provided to support field work commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in damp and mould work, preferably in social housing.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Own tools (specialist tools can be provided where necessary).
• Valid CSCS card (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and customer service approach.
