Qualifications

• Experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, Prep Technician, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with electric & hybrid vehicles is a plus.
• Panel & MET experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Mix paint and apply it using spray guns.
• Operate spray booth to ensure high-quality results.
• Ensure all work meets customer and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation - Cleaning, sanding, and masking for optimal paint application.
• Paint Mixing & Application - Using spray guns and other equipment to ensure a flawless finish.
• Spray Booth Operation - Maintaining and operating the booth for high-quality results.
• Panel & MET Work - Experience in these areas is beneficial.
• Quality Control - Ensuring all work meets customer and industry standards.
• Team Collaboration - Working closely with colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Health & Safety Compliance - Keeping a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
