Vertu Accident Repair Centre Beaconsfield is seeking an experienced Paint Technician to join a modern, high-performing bodyshop. You will prepare and refinish vehicles to the highest standards using water-based paints and the latest equipment, delivering exceptional finishes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Painter / Paint Technician in a bodyshop.
• Strong knowledge of paint prep and refinishing processes.
• Experience using water-based paint systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining workmanship.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles and panels for paint application.
• Mixing and applying water-based paints to manufacturer specifications.
• Carrying out refinishing work to the highest quality standards.
• Completing all paint repairs within agreed timescales.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure exceptional finish quality.

About the Role

As a Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to the highest possible standards, ensuring every repair meets both manufacturer and company quality requirements.

• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional workmanship
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A full UK driving licence
