Perfect Placement in Chester is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for a main dealer group. You will apply primer, base coat and clear coat to vehicles to precise standards in a modern facility.

The role offers a competitive package with a salary up to £36,000, uncapped bonus with an OTE of £42,000+, a 42.5-hour week, 22 days holiday (birthday off), and benefits including a company car scheme and life insurance. Training and development opportunities are also provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Vehicle Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer in an automotive bodyshop.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to top-quality finishes.
• Efficient organiser capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
