Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, seeks an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy workshop. Competitive salary £45,885–£50,057 with a monthly uncapped bonus, 40-hour week, day shift initially then evening shift, and extensive benefits.

You will prepare, paint, and colour-match vehicles to manufacturer standards, maintain a safe work area, and collaborate with colleagues to meet quality commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within the automotive industry.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Painting and Refinishing.
• A keen eye for detail and high standards of workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply paint to vehicles adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure a flawless finish by mixing and colour matching paints accurately.
• Inspect vehicles prior to painting to assess repair requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to meet health and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to communicate progress.
• Adhere to all safety and quality regulations throughout the process.

Our client, a leading automotive repair group based in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, is seeking an experienced and skilled Paint Sprayer to join their busy workshop. - Initial six months on day shift (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm), transitioning to evening shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm)
