As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, responsible for ensuring that all components and finished products meet the company's exacting quality and aesthetic standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and mask materials to prepare for painting, ensuring surfaces are properly treated for optimal paint adhesion and finish.
• Paint Application: Apply primers, topcoats, and specialised finishes using a range of spray equipment and techniques to achieve a consistent, high-quality result.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect painted components for colour accuracy, surface consistency, and finish quality, making adjustments as required to meet specification standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain spray booths, guns, and associated equipment, ensuring they are cleaned, serviced, and ready for use to minimise downtime.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Work in accordance with all company safety policies, COSHH regulations, and PPE requirements to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and uphold lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment.
