Job summary

Danone NI is seeking a Paediatric Product Specialist to advance Nutricia paediatric nutrition across hospitals and community settings in Northern Ireland. You will build trusted partnerships with clinicians and dietitians, delivering education and specialist support to improve access to trusted nutritional products for children.

The role combines clinical know‑how with commercial acumen to grow the territory, protect hospital contracts, and shape territory strategy through data and insights.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals in pediatrics, nutrition, or related field.
• Ability to combine clinical understanding with commercial thinking to drive growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for one-to-one and group sessions.
• Analytical approach using customer insight and market data to prioritise opportunities.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset to improve access to pediatric nutritional support.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with dietitians, paediatricians, neonatologists, GPs, pharmacists and nurses.
• Grow Nutricia's paediatric nutrition business across Northern Ireland by identifying opportunities and developing key accounts.
• Protect and expand hospital contract business through clinical and commercial insight.
• Support healthcare professionals through clinical conversations and educational meetings.
• Shape territory strategy using sales data and market trends to deliver sustainable growth.
