Qualifikationen

• Registered Sick Children's Nurse/DipHE(Child).
• Registered Mentor and ability to supervise students (within 12 months).
• Evidence of supervision/teaching/assessing students within 12 months.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care as part of the ward team.
• Organise and co-ordinate nursing services in the ward/department when senior staff are absent.
• Maintain high clinical standards and demonstrate compassionate leadership.
