Empowering U Healthcare in Solihull is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support a child with complex medical needs at their school. The role covers personal care, mobility support, feeding, and monitoring health conditions during the 08:30–17:00 shifts on Monday and 08:30–16:00 on Tuesday.

You will work closely with parents and healthcare professionals, maintain care plans, and document observations. A DBS check is required; basic IT skills and strong English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS required.

• Providing personalised care at the service users' school.
• Assisting with medication administration and monitoring health conditions.
• Implementing and following individual care plans.
• Supporting children with mobility and daily activities.
