Job summary

Empowering U Healthcare Ltd is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to support children and adults with complex needs in home-based care roles. You will provide medication support, diabetes management, PEG feeding, and daily living assistance, following care plans with dignity and empathy.

The role requires a minimum 6 months UK care experience, strong English, and an Enhanced DBS. You will work 8am–4pm, Monday to Sunday, across shifts; driving license preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months UK care experience
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Strong spoken and written English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic IT skills for documentation
Enhanced DBS required

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
Maintain accurate care documentation
Build trusting relationships with clients and families
Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies
