Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Children’s Complex Care Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for a young boy in Sittingbourne, Kent. You will assist with complex healthcare needs, ensuring safety, comfort and participation in daily activities.

Experience with paediatric care, PEG/enteral support and driving are highly valued. Full training will be provided, with ongoing professional development and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for paediatric clients.
• Experience with PEG and enteral care desirable.
• Previous exposure to ileostomy/enteral feeding and seizure management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care to the child in Sittingbourne.
• Follow care plans written by nurses and document care provided.
• Support safety, mobility and everyday activities with compassion.
• Be alert to seizures or emergencies and respond per training.
