Job summary

Superior Healthcare in Leeds is seeking a compassionate Children’s Complex Care Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a 6-year-old boy with complex health needs at home. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and ensure safety while delivering high-quality clinical care in a family setting.

You should have at least 6 months care experience with paediatric clients, be confident driving, and committed to person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with children and families.
• Experience with PEG care and paediatric support.
• Confident driver with access to transport.
• Passionate about person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care to a 6-year-old boy at home.
• Support daily activities while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Assist with complex healthcare needs and clinical care under supervision.
