The successful candidate will join the Acute Paediatric Department at Gwynedd Hospital, Bangor, to provide administrative support for the paediatric outpatient booking service.

You will work with clinic prep staff, medical secretaries and clinicians to ensure efficient appointment administration, prioritise tasks and adapt to changing service priorities, while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to use own initiative and prioritise conflicting demands.
• Flexible approach and willingness to provide administrative support.
• Welsh language ability essential for this post.
