JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Packaging Development Manager to join our dynamic New Product Development (NPD) team. Reporting to the Head of NPD, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fragrance packaging development, ensuring that all packaging elements are technically sound, aesthetically appealing, and fit for purpose. You will work in an advisory capacity with the NPD Project Managers and closely with Suppliers and Cross-Functional Teams to drive packaging innovation, reliability, and excellence.
As a growing company, the role will involve fast-paced development of fragrance products, including technical design and delivery of full packaging solutions (primary, secondary), artwork consultation, and validation of production, all the way to successful delivery.
This is a full-time position, located in North Watford (Greater London), UK and it requires working 4 days from the office and one from home.
