Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based - Kingston & Chessington

Up to £38,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car & home-based contract

What you'll be doing:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with independent clients, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with independent players in the local food market, leveraging your curiosity about food trends.
  • Create tailored culinary proposals to help customers save time and money.
  • Drive growth by achieving profit targets and earning rewards.
  • Welcome new clients professionally, ensuring they feel valued and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to provide the latest solutions and insights from the world's largest food wholesaler.
  • Achieve market goals with enthusiasm and expertise.

What we are looking for:

Ideally, you will have a background in Field Sales, but this is not essential.

We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven to make a positive impact by meeting targets.

Confidence in field-based customer interactions is crucial, as the customer will be at the heart of your activities.

Our comprehensive induction program will equip you with the necessary product and business knowledge. While experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous, training will be provided.
