  • Reporting on sales results;
  • Forecasting quarterly and annual profits.
What are your skills and experience:
  • 3+ years of experience selling payments solutions (ideally within the Fintech and Open Banking space);
  • Relevant warm network of online merchants in the region;
  • A very strong can-do attitude and focus on delivering results;
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent English and Latvian/Lithuanian/Estonian language skills, both verbal and written;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools (experience in Salesforce will be a plus).
What do we offer?
  • Attractive and highly competitive compensation, depending on your skills and experience
  • Uncapped performance-based bonuses awarded quarterly
  • 100% Remote. Work from anywhere. Let the world be your office - work from one of our headquarters, or remotely. We span borders and continents, and promote the nomad lifestyle - it’s up to you to decide
  • Employee Learning and Development. Professional growth. We encourage our employees to constantly develop and grow within his/her field of expertise by covering the training and education fees.
  • Team buildings. Doesn’t matter where you work from - we’ll find a way to get the Team together. Take part in a range of online and offline activities, such as dinners, hikes, bike/cart rides, karaoke nights, boat-trips, etc.
  • Tech. We provide or compensate all necessary hardware.
  • Non-toxic environment. We love what we do, we are proud to be #nodapeople and we are working together to achieve Noda goals!
What happens once you apply:
  • Your CV will undergo careful review, and we'll quickly update you on the next step in our recruitment journey.

  • Should the vibe match and your expectations align, up next will be a meeting with our Chief Business Development Officer, where you will discuss the product in more detail, and a task to complete in your own time.
  • And finally, if everything clicks, anticipate a thrilling job offer landing in your inbox soon!
