THG Nutrition is seeking a Packaging Development Executive in Manchester to lead packaging solutions across new product launches. You will collaborate with brand, marketing and influencer teams to map an innovation pipeline and support sustainability initiatives across all pack formats.

The role requires a packaging-related qualification, understanding of packaging functionality, and experience in FMCG. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Packaging Diploma or degree in Food Technology or Nutrition.
• Understanding packaging functionality and requirements.
• Experience in a FMCG environment.
• Interest in innovative packaging design.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and deliver packaging solutions across all NPD launches.
• Support the Packaging Development Manager on sustainability initiatives across pack formats.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and influencer teams to map an innovation pipeline for Nutrition brands.
• Understand overseas trends to support packaging innovation globally.
• Review post-launch feedback to drive continuous improvement.
