Job summary

THG Nutrition is seeking a Packaging Development Executive to source and deliver packaging solutions across our leading Wellbeing and Nutrition brands from Manchester. You will work closely with brand, marketing and supplier teams to map an innovation pipeline for our packaging.

The role supports our Sustainability Strategy, reviews post-launch feedback and drives continuous improvement across all pack formats.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of packaging and its functionality requirements.
• Experience working in an FMCG environment.
• Clear and concise communicator.
• Ability to work to time critical deadlines.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• As Packaging Development Executive, source and deliver packaging solutions across all NPD launches.
• Support the Packaging Development Manager on delivering sustainability strategy across all pack formats.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and influencer teams to monitor trends and map out an innovation pipeline for our Nutrition brands.
• Understand localised trends in overseas territories to support packaging innovation globally.
• Review post-launch feedback to drive continuous improvement for our brands.
