Job summary

THG Nutrition in Manchester is seeking a Packaging Development Executive to source and deliver packaging solutions for new product launches and support sustainability initiatives across all pack formats.

You will work with brand, marketing and influencer teams to track trends, map an innovation pipeline, and understand localised overseas trends to drive global packaging innovation while delivering continuous improvement post-launch.

• Basic understanding of packaging and its functionality requirements.
• Experience working in an FMCG environment.
• Clear and concise communicator with good reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and deliver packaging solutions across all NPD launches.
• Support Packaging Development Manager on sustainability initiatives for all pack formats.

• Understand localised trends in overseas territories to support global packaging innovation.
• Review post-launch feedback to drive continuous improvement for our brands.

As a Packaging Development Executive , you’ll:

• To source and deliver packaging solutions across all NPD launches
• To support the Packaging Development Manager on delivering our Sustainability Strategy over all pack formats
• To work with the brand,marketingand influencer teams tomonitortrends and map out an innovation pipeline for our Nutrition brands
• To understand localised trends in our overseas territories to support packaging innovation globally
• To review post-launch feedbackin order todeliver a continuous improvement supporting our best-in-class brand
