Job summary

HEINEKEN UK, based in Tadcaster, is seeking an Area Manager / Line Leader (Packaging) to drive end-to-end packaging operations and lead a capable line team. You will uphold safety and quality, manage costs within budget, and apply TPM/Shopfloor Excellence to embed continuous improvement.

You will monitor KPIs, develop team leaders and operators, report packaging performance, and support HR development tools to sustain high performance. This is a permanent role with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience on high-speed packaging lines.
• People management experience.
• Strong focus on health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and report safety standards across packaging operations.
• Lead risk assessments, safety investigations, and BBS execution.
