Young Foundations is seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Director of Operations and Director of Education. This role manages diaries, meetings, travel, agendas and minutes, ensuring smooth coordination across leadership activities.

Hours: Part Time, 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE) over 3 or 4 days
Contract: 6 month fixed term (Maternity leave cover)
Salary: £32,184.73 - £40,259.03 per annum, pro rata
Reports to: PA to Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Young Foundations is seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support the Director of Operations and Director of Education.
This is a key role within the organisation, providing high-level administrative, secretarial and organisational support to two senior leaders. You will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of leadership activity, managing priorities, facilitating communication and supporting the delivery of strategic objectives across the organisation.
Young Foundations is a specialist provider of residential care and education for children and young people with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities and mental health challenges. With services across the UK, we deliver tailored, nurturing support in homely environments, helping young people build independence, confidence and brighter futures.
You will be an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is confident supporting senior leaders. You will be proactive, highly organised and able to work with discretion at all times.

Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
A full UK driving licence with the ability to travel as required is essential.
