We have a great opportunity for an experienced Board Secretary/ PA to join Tŷ Hafan.
About the role:
The Board Secretary will provide comprehensive, efficient, and professional administration and PA support to the Chairperson and the Board of trustees, enabling trustees to manage the administration of the Charity and discharge their governance duties, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
About You:
As the Board Secretary you will be highly organised, proactive, and confident in using your own initiative while also being able to take direction. You will have excellent administration skills and meticulous attention to detail along with demonstrable experience providing effective administration and PA support at Board or senior management level.
The nature of the role requires the post-holder to have a high standard of verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to be exceptionally discreet and tactful, always maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
The Charity has hybrid working in place, and the post-holder will be required to work on-site 2 days per week, typically a Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility on the other day to meet the needs of the Chairperson and Board.
