Salary: £32,184.73 - £40,259.03 per annum, pro rata

You will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of leadership activity, managing priorities, facilitating communication and supporting the delivery of strategic objectives across the organisation.
Young Foundations is a specialist provider of residential care and education for children and young people with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities and mental health challenges. With services across the UK, we deliver tailored, nurturing support in homely environments, helping young people build independence, confidence and brighter futures.
You will be an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is confident supporting senior leaders. You will be proactive, highly organised and able to work with discretion at all times.
