Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood is seeking a high-calibre Ownership Services Graduate for a 2-year programme beginning September 2027. You will join the Ownership Services team to develop strategies for customer retention and revenue growth across the dealer network.

You will work on cross-functional projects, collaborate with regional teams, and contribute to ongoing programme development with emphasis on quality, time and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 in bachelor’s, or Master’s in business-related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Tableau helpful but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with willingness to contribute ideas to improve processes.
• Interest in Luxury and Automotive industries; UK driving license advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional project team to meet targets within quality, time and budget constraints.
• Help deliver new programmes to increase customer retention within dealer network.
• Collaborate with regional teams to review performance against business expectations.
• Benchmark regional performance against quality and budget targets.
• Create and update quality documents to support ISO9001 requirements.
• Own a specific Ownership Services project during the two-year programme.
• Develop a personalised project focused on driving sustainable growth.
