Job summary

Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars Goodwood, West Sussex (UK) – Product Management Graduate – 2 Year Graduate Programme (September 2027). The role supports Product Managers in ensuring the success of current series vehicles across worldwide markets.

You will gain experience in product feature content, pricing, bulletins and market intelligence, with two 3‑month placements in other areas to provide a broad view of the company. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated or working towards a degree in a Business or Technical related area, with a 2:1 or above.
• High appreciation for the Automotive and Luxury industries.
• Willingness to work in a flexible, multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support product feature content and pricing to establish a competitive product offering.
• Assist in delivering brand and client requirements into engineering metrics.
• Develop, distribute and present Product Bulletins to ensure dealer understanding.
• Collaborate on market intelligence to maintain competitiveness.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and manage show car proposals.
