Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood is seeking an Ownership Services Graduate for a two-year programme commencing September 2027. You will join Ownership Services to develop strategies with our global dealer network, improving processes to increase customer retention and revenue from parts and accessories.

You will collaborate with regional teams to review performance, potentially work with international offices, and contribute to projects driving sustainable business growth within a luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree 2:2 or Master’s pass in business-related field (sales, marketing, or PM).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience helpful but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with proactive ideas to improve processes.
• Genuine interest in the Luxury and Automotive industries.
• Full UK driving licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional project team to meet targets in quality, time, and budget.
• Help deliver programmes to increase customer retention within the dealer network.
• Collaborate with regional teams to review programme performance against expectations.
• Benchmark regional performance against quality and budget targets.
• Create and update quality docs to support ISO9001 qualification.
• Act as a feedback channel for lessons learned and improvements across teams.
• Own a specific Ownership Services project during the two-year programme.
• Work on a personalised project focusing on sustainable business growth.
