Job summary

Haven is seeking an Owners Lounge Team Member at Seton Sands Holiday Village to deliver friendly, high-quality service to Holiday Homeowners. You will greet guests, take drinks and food orders, and maintain a welcoming lounge space.

This role requires a customer-focused attitude, excellent communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a lively park atmosphere. Training and team perks are provided as part of our supportive Haven culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, hospitality, or customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
• Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol.
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building positive relationships.
• Able to work calmly and efficiently in a relaxed but service-led environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Holiday Homeowners warmly and provide attentive, personalised service.
• Take and prepare drinks orders, including beers, wines, spirits, and simple cocktails.
• Take and serve food orders, working closely with our kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar and lounge area.
• Build rapport with owners, helping to create a friendly, community feel.
• Support owner events and social activities, including setting up, serving, and ensuring events run smoothly.
• Work collaboratively with other departments across the park when required to support owner experiences and operational needs.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day lounge operations.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service and health & safety guidelines.

Position: Owners Lounge Team Member Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age Join our One Great Team at Haven as an Owners Lounge Team Member, where you’ll help create a relaxed, welcoming, and high-quality experience exclusively for our Holiday Homeowners. This role is all about great service, familiar faces, and creating a comfortable social space that owners love returning to. We’re on the hunt for a friendly, upbeat Owners Team Member to bring some fun and flavour to our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our Owners Venue.
