Responsibilities

• Greet Holiday Homeowners warmly and provide attentive, personalised service.
• Take and prepare drinks orders, including beers, wines, spirits, and simple cocktails.
• Take and serve food orders, working closely with our kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar and lounge area.
• Build rapport with owners and help create a friendly community feel.
• Support owner events and social activities, ensuring events run smoothly.
• Work with other departments across the park to support owner experiences and operations.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and health & safety guidelines.

This role is all about great service, familiar faces, and creating a comfortable social space that owners love returning to.We’re on the hunt for a friendly, upbeat Owners Team Member to bring some fun and flavour to our team!
