Job summary

Haven is seeking an energetic Owners Lounge Team Member to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, high-quality experience for Holiday Homeowners, with duties spanning drinks, light food service, and lounge operations.

You’ll greet owners, take orders, and collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth events and daily operations. The position offers inclusive perks and training, with ages 18+ allowed to serve alcohol.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 to sell alcohol.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Confident communicator who builds positive relationships.
• Calm and efficient in a relaxed but service-led environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Holiday Homeowners warmly and provide attentive, personalised service.
• Take and prepare drinks orders, including beers, wines, spirits, and simple cocktails.
• Take and serve food orders, working closely with our kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar and lounge area.
• Build rapport with owners, helping to create a friendly, community feel.
• Support owner events and social activities, including setting up, serving, and ensuring events run smoothly.
• Work collaboratively with other departments across the park to support owner experiences and operational needs.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day lounge operations.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service and health & safety guidelines.
