Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent service in leisure or hospitality.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for owners across face-to-face, phone and email.
• Handle queries efficiently, accurately and professionally.
• Provide warm, friendly support that makes owners feel valued.
• Gather feedback and help shape improvements.
• Support owner communications and events coordination.
• Collaborate with park teams to ensure a joined-up experience.
• Plan and deliver owner events such as forums and social activities.
• Foster community and engagement on the park.
