Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an friendly Owner and Guest Experience Advisor to greet owners and guests, provide park information and assist with requests, in a busy reception role across our UK locations. No experience? No worries—passion and Parkdean team spirit will be welcomed and the necessary skills taught.

You'll handle bookings and inquiries, support events, and help ensure memorable stays for owners and guests, with DBS/background checks as part of safeguarding.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet owners and guests with a smile, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in experience.
• Provide guests and owners with all the info they need about the park, entertainment, and local attractions, in person or over the phone.
• Support and assist with owner and guest requests and feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep all admin tasks up to date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing.
• Assist in delivering memorable events for both owners and guests.
