Job summary

A1 Personnel is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy residential property team in Chelmsford. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling sales and purchases with strong attention to detail.

The role offers a salary of £28,000–£31,000 depending on experience and the chance to progress within an established conveyancing team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing your own conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
• Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in a residential property team.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Experience dealing with sales and purchases.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
• Handle residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion.
• Prepare and review contracts and conveyancing documentation.
• Raise and respond to enquiries and review searches and title documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Provide regular updates and practical advice throughout the transaction.
• Manage exchange and completion processes and post-completion registrations.
